Most of the communities we serve here, including Lutz, Westchase, Keystone, Citrus Park, and Carrollwood, are unincorporated, so Hillsborough County handles right-of-way questions. Inside the City of Tampa, the City has its own rules. In either case, a dumpster on private property like your driveway usually doesn't need a permit.
A lot of north Hillsborough homes are in deed-restricted communities. Ask your association about dumpster time limits or notice before delivery.
